About Robert Tinnin:
My first full-time job was working in construction at 19. I always enjoyed working with my hands. I quickly learned that the quality of work and excellent customer service are the foundation of any trade or service you offer. My father was the inspiration for my work ethic and showed me how to take pride in what I do. He was a successful contractor himself. I didn’t believe him initially, but what my dad said to me as a teenager kept popping up in my head later in life. “It takes 15 years to build a good reputation and 15 minutes for you to mess it up.” Once I understood what that meant, I built a business representing my core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Kindness, and a Servant’s Heart.
Teamwork: the most crucial aspect of any working relationship. The ability to collaborate effectively allows the entire organization to grow together.

My life really started in the middle of 2000. That’s when I met my beautiful wife and had my start in construction. Since then, we’ve married, started a family, and navigated life to the fullest. We have two boys who are avid lacrosse players. Many weekends, you’ll see us in some lacrosse event. We’re their biggest fans.
